Well, few days no blogging - I didn't have much to say anyway and it will be like this for the next few days as I'm going to be busy working, starting tomorrow :)

Join us.cyworld.com!
I watched the first and the second movies of Dr. DoLittle and still laughed while watching them :D. Eddie Murphy is a good actor who always his all in every movie he is in. I am deeply impressed.
All my entries are about old movies these day that you may think I'm a lil outdated but the truth is, I am just watching my collections, ain't got money to go to the cinema. T^T My work starts on the 1st of August and I've also made an appointment with a hairdresser. Much goes out, less comes in.
Anyway, I just joined us.cyworld.com today and the web is truly interesting. You can interact with a lot of eople from Asian region (well, most of them are indeed Asian) easier than Friendster, because there is a feature called TALK, where people can start a discussion or participate in those that are already created. By reading people's opinions, you can have a lil idea of how that person is in real life. So far I just made 4 friends and I hope I can have more in the future. You know, I think it's very fun to talk with a lot of people from different countries! XD If you read this and interested, feel free to add me 'cause we can't have too many friends - the more, the merrier. :) I don't bite, ya know!

How To Lose A Guy in 10 Days!
Alrighty, enough with the war talking. It's a very heavy topic, don't you think? Anyway, my next movie is How To Lose A Guy In 10 Days. I bought the DVD 2 years ago and still love watching it! It's really a good combination of romance and comedy with a perfect blanding. The movie is about Andie Anderson who works in a famous female magazine Composure, and in order to save her friend from being humiliated, she has to date a guy and write an article about how to drive a guy away in 10 days. On the other side of New York there is guy named Benjamin Barry who works in an advertisement company, who claims that he can make any woman falls in love with him, also in 10 days. What happens when the two meet each other?
The movie is hilarious! I personally think that this is a chick movie that men can enjoy. I cried my tears out of laughters when I watched the movie just now. Kate Hudson has such a beautiful smile and the dress she wears in the party is simple yet georgeous - talking about beauty in simplicity. I don't think I need to say more baout Matthew McConaughey, he is just the perfect guy to the movie. The only thing that bugs me a little is, the fact that Matthew wears his wedding ring in the movie ah but who care anyway?! Oh man! I loooove this movie! :)
Letters from Iwo Jima
After watching Narnia, I hopped onto 2 other movies - Ratatouille and Letters from Iwo Jima. Yeps. 3 movies in a day and I plan to watch more. XD
Ratatouille as most of you may have seen, is a very interesting movie. The graphic is very clear and the idea itself is creative. A rat to be a cook?! This movie is trying to say that everything is possible and you all can be whatever you want, as long as you never give up. :)
The next movie I watch is Letters from Iwo Jima, starring Ken Watanabe and Kazunari Ninomiya.

It always pains my heart each time I watch Letters From Iwo Jima. The film portrays the Battle of Iwo Jima from the perspective of the Japanese soldiers and is a companion piece to Eastwood's Flags of Our Fathers, which depicts the same battle from the American viewpoint. Watching a war-genre movie always touches my heart. The loyalty of soldiers of both sides, the courage to risk oneself in order to help companions really touch my heart. I am scared to watch such a movie, to mind you for the violence it has in it. But watching movies like this one teaches me that war brings nothing but scars and sufferings, and some of the scars it left, never disappears.
Above is one of the famous quote of General Douglas MacArthur who also participated in the battle and I couldn't be agree more with him. I humbly hope that there would be no more wars happening - so much I hope that the Second Korean War would never happen. There is no excuse to start a war, no reason could justify it, either, 'cause how can one country be proud of its winning with most of his population annihilated?

The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian
The movie The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian is really good! Actually, I have bought the DVD since a couple of months ago and wanted to see it right away, but thoughts like 'Ah, I still have things to do', 'It's a DVD, so I can watch it anytime I want' or 'Ahh.. not today..' kept playing in my head. I just had the time to watch it today after went to airport to accompany Dad before his departure. My first impression was like 'Uh, not bad.' I love fiction movies like this btw.
My sister and I watched half of the movie before Mom called and asked her to take a cab to the dentist. My little brother Nikolai's got a weak tooth and he was having pain in his right side on the lower jaw. Right before she left, she told me to put the movie on Pause and I did that. I freakin did that! So to kill the time I just surfed some websites since I thought (and I had already warned her to get back her ASAP) she would be here in 30 minutes' time and when I saw the clock again, guess how long had it been? 2 hours?! I was so fed up and called Mom like 3 times and ended up in vain. I perforcely called my youngest sister, with whom I never have a good relationship with. Ah who gives a shit anyway?! As I predicted, the call gave nothing but horse shit. I shouldn't have called her. Bah.
Anyway, back to the movie. I highly think that the scenes and the way they took shots are incredible. Everything's very detailed like the weapons and the armors. The duel itself, which I think is the main scene in the movie is totally cool. The placement of the cameras deserved an applause!
And as for the actors, I think they did a very good job! Not to mention my disliking to the character Peter at first, when he decides to attack the Telmarines at night. Not knowing himself, not knowing the enemy = the result of defeat is obvious. I'm also totally into the actor who plays the role Prince Caspian - Ben something. I never thought a long haired guy would be my liking but he does make a change to my point of view of long haired men. :)

Help! The heat is sending me creeps!
Okay, I'm seriously going to die at young age if I keep sleeping at 4-5 am and wake up at 9-10 am! The heat is seriously getting out of control and I dunno what to do. I let my window open since the last two weeks and that doesn't help at all! Uuurrrgghh.. And the result is just obvious. I get tired everyday by doing nothing. The only constant thing I do atm is taking a nap from 2 pm to 4 pm! Geez. Anyway the the flight for my dad on his business trip is canceled because of the fog. Too bad. This will only make him busier.. :( Oh I hope there will be a flight tomorrow...
There was replay of the movie Transformers. Oooohh.. Definitely one of the best science fiction movie I've ever seen. It kindda reminds me of the old TV series made in Japan when I was little. Something like Power Ranger. Does the name ring a bell to you? XD

I still watch Disneys and I'm proud of it!
Yeah! As the title says, I still watch Disney movies and I don't think there is anything wrong with it, isn't it? Even a grown up can be a child sometimes. :D
Today we went for a walk around the town before buying a fast food as our lunch. Well, we just wanted to taste the food, as a survey to improve our sandwiches and hotdogs in the Grill Bar of ours.
Well, we then watched a Korean movie of mine: 200 Pounds Beauty - kyaaa Joo Jin-mo! XD He's just handsome as a prince in a fairytaleeee! *coughs* Okay, that's a bit melodramatic but the fact that he's good-looking is true. :) Okay, let's back to the topic. 200 Pounds Beauty is a very beautiful movie though it's kindda unrealistic. It's about a fat girl named Kang Hana, who is gifted a beautiful voice but too bad, she doesn' have the most important things that every celebrity ought to have - a pretty face and a skinny body. That is why she can only sing for another singer, Ammy, behind the stage. Even tough she is always ignored because of her appearance, she has been a bright and light-hearted girl until Ammy humiliates her in front of Sang-jun, her secret love. At last she makes a decision of a lifetime to have a plastic surgery all over her body - from head to toe. After her sudden disappearance, Ammy has to postpone her second album and her career drops exteremely low and Sang-jun is in deep financial trouble until the 'new' Kang Hana, known as Jenny comes and lights the day. Ahhhh.. The movie is beautifully made, forget all the unrealistic scenes here and there!
After watching the movie, we hopped onto the next one - Sleeping Beauty and now we are watching The Lion King. Ohh.. So nostalgic. It's been like, ages, since I last saw the two latter. Heheheh.. It's a marathon-movie-day today! Well, I can't help it, Mom and Dad are in the summer house with their mates playing uh, what's that called, palut? Balut? Ahhh whatever.... They won't be home until at least 10 pm anyway... So, we gotta take care of Nikolai. Watching Disney is a smart decision, isn't it? ;) Hehehehe...

Baby and Me! :)
I ended up sleeping at 4 am again and woke up at 9! Ahhh.. KILL ME! *bangs head on the table* >:-(
Since I wouldn't able to sleep, I tried to re-read one of my all time favorite mangas: Aka-chan to Boku! :D The story is about a 11-year-old boy named Takuya Enoki who has to take care of his 2-year-old lil brother Minoru Enoki together with his father Harumi Enoki after his mother passes away in a car accident. There are also stories about people around them like Takuya's classmate Akihiro (who I think is the coolest character throughout the story!) with his family of 5 siblings. The story plot is totally cuuuute! I can't stand this! I'm totally into this manga, never got bored of it even after finished reading it million times! :)
I happened to read the manga when I was visiting my friend who collects the series. I wasn't interested at first, seeing the cover and the very first pages. I was into romance manga that time. However, I finally decided to read it seriously after finished reading all her mangas. That was then I realized how good and interesting this manga truly is. It has a whole different plot and story with the mangas I was used to read.
Reading the manga feels like watching the growth of the charaters step by step. You get to see each individual's problem and how they face life. The feelings of people are observed very closely, and the realistic descriptions of Takuya's life are one of the praised points in this manga. Not only the story's plots and details, but the stable, clean drawings is also one of the attractive points. I love Takuya's and Akihiro's family, they give me warmth in my heart each time I read the manga. They can even bring tears to my eyes, like the meeting between Harumi and Takuya's mom Yukako. The Enoki family is such a lovely family. My... Words can't describe how much I like this manga!

Hana Yori Dango :)
Woooooooaaaahhh I didn't sleep again today until 4:30 am at least! It's not like I'd pull an all nighter willingly, knowing that I had to wake up early - like 8 pm! T^T and guess what? My dad (he's a step dad but I want to think of him as my real dad - thinking that he treats the family better than what my biological dad had ever done) has come back from a business trip! :)
The heat is extremelly warm at night these days. I couldn't sleep at all. That is why I decided to read an old scanned manga that I got downloaded when I was still at my boarding school hoping that it would tire my eyes. Hana Yori Dango. I really don't understand why I could easily forget time and space every time I read that series. It kindda hypnotizes me. Scary, to be honest. Just like yesterday or should I say early this morning, reading HYD made me temporarily forget about the problems I was facing. I was magically brought to enter Tsukasa and Tsukushi's world and I could even feel their strugglings to be together against all odds. With him always coming to the rescue of Tsukushi anytime, the character Tsukasa makes me believe that such a guy DOES exist! Or maybe, he makes me wish there was a guy like him: never wavering and remains loyal to the girl he loves and would do anything to be with her. I am totally touched with this character! XD
There are a lot of other things I can learn from this manga. Tsukushi and her family who can still smile after they get poorer and poorer teach me that no matter how deep or how often do you fall, as long as you believe and never give up , there is always a way ahead. Looks like the 'never-give-up' blood is really running in her family. No matter how many times or how far down do they fall, the word 'give up' doesn't exist in their vocabulary. I wished I could have the same blood running on my veins, really. :) Tsukasa's mother Kaede warns me that what you see in the surface might not be the truth. :) Shigeru, Yuuki, Sakurako and Rui teach me that wishing the one you love to be happy even though not with you is a strength that is so much greater than stealing him away. I wonder if I had such strength in me... See? There are so many advices of life you can get by simply reading a manga - a comic book. This is why I am totally into Japanese manga than American manga.
Hah.. reading a manga of 36 volumes in 2 days really wore me out. I finally gave up after dinner while reading 2 volumes of the manga Detective Conan and fell asleep in my sister's room until 11 pm?! I was pretty shocked myself too when Irene woke me up, telling me to sleep in my room. @__@ I wonder if I could fall asleep again? Well.. I hope...

Another boring day
I was waken up by my mother at 7:30 am this morning to follow to the Grill Bar that my mom is going to take over, to see how the owner opens up Grill Bar and prepare things. I hope my head could remember them all, as I was SO tired and my head was spinning when he talked to me about things. /:
Got home and played Playstation until 3 pm with a pain in my head. I couldn't really sleep because of the sunlight! Gee... However, I slept for two hours from 4 to 6 pm and ate Ribs.. Hmmm.. :) :) I'm getting fat but who cares anyway? :P Hahah... Just kidding. I am going to start jogging again starting tomorrow. :)

Hello (again!) :)
Hey guys!
I decided to re-write this blog just now, thinking that I have finally started a new page in life and there are things that I need to re-write. It is too much of a job if I edit all the pages I have written so deleting them and write a new entry would be best. New layout, new post. Doesn't make sense, eh? Ahh.. Please bear with this perfectionist writer! :)
