#1 RULE IN WRITING: NEVER EVER TRY TO WRITE WHEN YOU ARE EMOTIONALLY UNSTABLE.

By writing 'emotionally unstable' I refer to angry, sad, disappointed, too happy and hurt. Why? You see, these feelings can be temporary - which means even though you are so angry at someone now that you feel like tearing that person apart or write the words that are sometimes considered inappropriate, it's better if you take a deep breath, and find something to do. This would greatly save you from regrets or embarassing moments later on. I know what I am talking about, trust me.

Why do I write this all in a sudden? Two minutes ago, I was so emotional and feeling like cursing someone but then, I tried to use my logic and wrote this entry instead. I am now feeling better, still not good, but better. Nothing good will come by cursing, yelling or breaking things when you are upset. It will only make you look like an ignorant-immatured fool. That is pathetic, really.

This is just about self-control, after all. :)
