A blast saturday!

Today I just had a guiding course, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm today, which in my opinion, has been quite a blast. :o)

I was soooo nervous when I saw the other participants, they are natives and looked so 'wow'. Lost my courage abit, frankly speaking. That didn't last long, as they turned out to be friendly people and never look down on anyone.

We were taught about what a guide should do / should not do, then we've got to show our guiding skills, just as a try-out. We went to the Tele-øen, which originally called as Carpenters' Island, because there were many carpenters lived there around the 1920's.

We got to see the old graves and traced of turfed huts, which can be dated back from the 16th century, and oil tanks, which where the Dorset II people (around 800 BC) lived. The trip took roughly 2 hours and it was breath-taking! :O

Anyway, I enjoyed the course alot and have learnt much as in how to be a guide and hopefully they'd hire me!

Alright, I guess I should stop here and go to bed soon. I have to be fresh tomorrow for study 'cause I'm having an oral exam in math on Manday, at 9 am!
